Kolibri Global Energy Inc. shareholders have affirmed the appointment of five directors and endorsed the reappointment of Marcum LLP as auditors for the upcoming year, as per the voting results of the annual general meeting held on May 15, 2024, in Marina del Rey, California. The proxy votes showed strong support for the decisions, with over 97% approval for setting the number of directors and over 94% in favor of the auditors’ appointment.
