Kokusai Electric Corporation has finalized the offering price for its secondary offering of shares at 4,578 yen per share, aiming to raise a total of 240.37 billion yen. This offering includes over 52 million shares available through both Japanese and international offerings, with an additional 7.8 million shares allocated for over-allotment. The subscription period is set for July 23-24, 2024, with settlement on July 29, 2024.
