Kokusai Electric Corporation has completed a stock repurchase program, buying back 1.768 million shares for a total of approximately 5.86 billion yen between September 1 and September 10, 2024. This repurchase is part of a larger program announced in July 2024, which aimed to buy up to 6 million shares, representing 2.55% of its total issued shares, for up to 18 billion yen. By the completion date, the company had repurchased a total of 5.058 million shares for around 18 billion yen.
