Kobo Resources Inc. is set to raise up to $4.5 million through a non-brokered private placement of over 12 million units, while also pursuing an additional $2.5 million via a brokered private placement. The company has secured a lead order from Luso Global Mining, S.A., a subsidiary of the notable Mota-Engil group, for an investment of $3.75 million. These funds will bolster their 2024 exploration activities at the Kossou Gold Project, building on the momentum of a successful 2023 drilling program.
