KO Gold Inc. is set to raise up to $5 million through a private placement of over 8 million units at $0.60 each, with funds earmarked for working capital and exploration in New Zealand’s Otago Gold District. In tandem, the company has inked a six-month marketing deal with Scandinavian Alliance to bolster its European market presence, costing KO Gold CAD $115,000 in fees without granting any securities-related interests to the marketing firm.
