This financial move is part of KO Gold’s ongoing strategy to fund its exploration activities in the Otago Gold District, enhancing its operational capabilities and potentially strengthening its position in the gold exploration industry. The issuance of these notes, however, is not intended for the U.S. market, adhering to specific securities regulations.
