KNT Holdings Strengthens Board with New Director Appointments

KNT Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Wu Zongmei as an executive director and Mr. Chan Kai Chung as an independent non-executive director, effective December 16, 2024. Ms. Wu brings 14 years of finance, accounting, and management experience to the board, while Mr. Chan adds over 20 years of expertise in auditing, accounting, and risk consulting. These appointments are expected to strengthen the board’s capabilities and governance.
