KNT Holdings Limited has announced a further extension for the completion of new share subscriptions under its general mandate, citing the need for additional time to process information and payment for the issuance of the Subscription Shares. The new deadline is set for no later than 24 July 2024. The announcement also reiterates the Board’s composition, led by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Chong Sik.
