KMC Properties ASA ( (DE:5FM0) ) has issued an announcement.
KMC Properties ASA is moving ahead with its previously approved statutory all-share merger with BEWI Invest AS, under which KMC will remain the surviving legal entity. The merger aims to combine the two ownership structures, potentially creating a larger, more diversified property-focused investment vehicle in the Norwegian market.
Ahead of completion, three individuals originally designated for the new combined board, Bernt Thoresen, Hallbjørn Berg-Hansen and Anne Strøm Nakstad, have resigned from the BEWI Invest board and will not join the merged company’s board of directors. The merger is expected to be completed in early second quarter 2026, marking a key structural step for KMC Properties’ future governance and corporate profile.
