Klondike Gold Corp. has announced a private placement aiming to raise $750,000 for exploration and development of its Yukon properties, and for general working capital. The placement includes both flow-through and non-flow-through units, each accompanied by a share purchase warrant, with the potential payment of a finder’s fee.
