GTN Ltd. has announced that KKR entities, including Comet Asia Holdings and KKR Asian Fund III, are no longer substantial holders in the company as of September 11, 2024. This change in substantial holding was detailed in a notice previously given to the company, and further particulars of the change can be found in a separate Form 605 lodged by Superannuation and Investments HoldCo Pty Ltd.
