The Trust Company (RE Services) Limited, part of Perpetual Limited, announced changes in its board for the KKR Credit Income Fund, a fund listed on the ASX. Vicki Riggio resigned as a Director, and David Manoukian was appointed as an Executive Director, with Phillip Blackmore as his Alternate Director. David Manoukian, currently the CFO of Perpetual Corporate Trust, brings extensive experience in finance and strategic business leadership, which is expected to enhance the company’s strategic direction and financial oversight.
