Kiu Hung Reports Decreased Mid-Year Profits

Kiu Hung International Holdings Limited (HK:0381) has released an update.

Kiu Hung International Holdings Limited reported a decrease in profit for the first half of 2024, with a profit of HK$30,277,000 compared to HK$51,260,000 in the same period of the previous year. The company’s revenue also experienced a decline from HK$152,924,000 to HK$143,434,000, while earnings per share fell from 39.21 HK cents to 18.54 HK cents. These unaudited interim results reflect challenges in cost of sales, administrative expenses, and a notable change in the share of results of associates.
