Kitwave Group PLC, a wholesale business listed on AIM, has reported a shift in shareholding among the Young family, significant shareholders in the company. Paul Young transferred shares to his sons, Chris and Michael Young, both Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs), and another son, Dave Young, who is not associated with the company. These intra-family share transfers, which were executed off-market for zero value, have resulted in changes to the shareholding structure, with Michael and Olga Young now holding 2.68% and 2.87% of the issued share capital, respectively.
