Kitwave Group PLC has successfully completed a capital raise of approximately £31.5 million, with the placement of both Placing Shares and Retail Offer Shares being significantly oversubscribed. The new shares were issued at a discount of 3.9% to the last closing mid-market price and will be fully paid, ranking equally with the existing shares. The funds raised will increase the total issued share capital by 14.7%, with admission to trading expected on AIM.
