Kitwave Group PLC has announced a reconfiguration of its shareholding structure, where substantial shareholder Paul Young transferred shares at no cost to his sons, Chris and Michael Young, both of whom are persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) within the company. Following the transfer, the shareholdings of the Young family have been adjusted, with the company providing detailed figures of their respective ownerships, including an additional transfer to another son, Dave Young, who is not a PDMR.
