Kistos Holdings PLC has announced the appointment of James Thomson as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 January 2025. This transition follows Thomson’s role as Deputy CFO since October 2024, ensuring a smooth changeover from Richard Slape, who has been CFO since October 2021. The appointment is expected to maintain Kistos’ strategic direction and operational stability as Thomson brings his expertise as an ACA-qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to the position.
