Kinovo PLC has announced the initiation of a tender process to appoint a new external auditor after a significant shareholder vote prevented the reappointment of their previous auditor at the recent AGM. The company has informed the Secretary of State for Business and Trade about the situation, as required by law. Meanwhile, the outgoing auditor, Moore Kingston Smith LLP, will complete the audit of the subsidiary company accounts for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2024.
