Kinovo PLC, a specialist property services group, has announced the exercise of options by a former employee for 25,000 new ordinary shares, which are expected to be admitted to trading on the AIM market on September 5, 2024. This exercise will bring the company’s issued share capital to 63,316,315 ordinary shares, all with equal voting rights. Shareholders can use this information to assess their shareholding and disclosure requirements.
