Kingswood Holdings Limited, an international wealth and investment management group, has announced a related party transaction where its subsidiary, Kingswood Capital Partners, LLC, has entered into a Foreign Finders Agreement with KPI (Nominees) Limited, owned by Kingswood’s Non-Executive Directors. Under this agreement, KPI will receive a referral fee from generated income, capped annually at $5 million, subject to the success of the introductions. The company’s independent directors, in consultation with Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, have deemed the agreement fair and reasonable for shareholders.
