Kingsway Financial Services has acquired IT managed services provider Image Solutions LLC for $19.5 million, a move that is expected to immediately increase earnings and add significant annual revenue and EBITDA. The acquisition enhances Kingsway’s Xcelerator portfolio and is part of a strategy to grow in the stable and expanding IT services market.
