Kingsview Minerals Ltd. has entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with BTU Metals Corporation for the sale of its Echum and Hubcap Projects, in exchange for 5 million BTU common shares and a $25,000 cash payment. The completion of the deal hinges on regulatory and shareholder approvals, with a meeting scheduled for June 10, 2024. Post-sale, Kingsview plans to undertake a restructuring initiative to enhance shareholder value.
