Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Maintains Share Stability

Kingsoft Cloud Holdings (KC) has released an update.

Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited has reported no change in its authorized or issued share capital, maintaining a total authorized share capital of USD 40,000,000 and issued shares at 3,805,284,801 for May 2024. Share options under the 2013 Share Option Scheme saw a minor lapse and exercise, leading to a modest funds raise of USD 76,818.87 from exercised options. No new share options or awards will be granted under the 2013 schemes as they have been discontinued since December 2022.
