On April 17, 2025, the company issued 12,366,980 shares to bondholders who exercised their conversion rights, representing approximately 13.87% of the initial principal amount of the bonds. This conversion results in the cancellation of the converted bonds, reducing the outstanding principal amount to approximately HK$826 million.
