Kingsland Director Bolsters Shareholding

Kingsland Minerals Ltd. (AU:KNG) has released an update.

In a recent update from Kingsland Minerals Ltd., Director Nicholas Revell increased his direct interest in the company by acquiring an additional 30,000 ordinary shares, valued at $6,172. Prior to this transaction, Revell held a significant number of ordinary shares and various options through two private companies, as well as personally. The acquisition further solidifies his stake in the company, where he continues to have a substantial and direct financial interest.
