Kingsgate Director Ups Stake in On-Market Trade

Kingsgate Consolidated Limited (AU:KCN) has released an update.

Kingsgate Consolidated Limited has announced a change in the holdings of director Peter William Warren, with an on-market acquisition of 40,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $1.25 each, increasing his indirect interest to 260,000 shares through the Peter Warren Superannuation Fund. There were no dispositions reported, and the transaction occurred outside of the closed period without the need for prior written clearance.
