King’s Stone Holdings Group Limited, previously known as Silver Tide Holdings Limited, has officially changed its company name, stock short name, and adopted new memorandum and articles of association following shareholder approval. The change will not affect shareholder rights, trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, or the company’s operations and financial position. Share certificates with the old name remain valid, and the stock code remains unchanged, while the company’s website will transition to a new domain.
