Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC has issued over 2 million new ordinary shares at a price of 20.38 pence each as part of its Dividend Reinvestment Scheme, with trading expected to start on May 1, 2024. These shares will rank equally with the existing shares, and following this issue, the company’s total voting rights number stands at 568,655,868. The capital now consists of over 656 million ordinary shares, with nearly 88 million held in Treasury.
