Kingkey Financial Plans New Share Placement

Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) Ltd. (HK:1468) has released an update.

Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) Ltd. has announced the conditional placement of 183,119,113 new shares at HK$0.41 each, aiming to raise roughly HK$75.08 million in gross proceeds. The net proceeds, estimated at HK$74.12 million after expenses, are intended to fund green energy and AI projects, as well as to boost the group’s working capital. The shares, amounting to 20% of the current issued share capital, will be placed through Orient Securities Limited to at least six independent third parties.
