Kingbo Strike Ltd. has successfully completed the placement of 16.68 million new shares, raising approximately HK$3.1 million in net proceeds. These shares, representing around 11.76% of the company’s enlarged share capital, were sold to no fewer than six investors at HK$0.2 per share. The capital raised will be used as general working capital for the group.
