King Stone Energy Group Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, has announced that the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has decided to cancel the listing of its shares due to the company’s failure to meet the Resumption Guidance and resume trading by the deadline. The company is considering whether to request a review of this decision, which could lead to the cancellation of its listing by mid-November 2025 if no review is sought. Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since April 2024 and will remain so until further notice.
