King Stone Energy Group Limited has announced a delay in the publication of its 2023 Annual Results, initially scheduled for 28 March 2024, due to additional audit queries from their Former Auditors. Issues raised pertain to the rationale behind prepayments made to a manganese supplier and the sale and subsequent loan of mining operation proceeds by their associate, South Ray Group. Consequently, trading of the company’s shares has been suspended since 2 April 2024 and will remain so until further notice.
