King Global Ventures Inc. has successfully closed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $3.379 million by issuing over 13 million units, each including a share and a purchase warrant with stipulated exercise prices and conditions. The funds are earmarked for their Silver Cord Project, potential acquisitions, and general working capital. The company also welcomed Mr. Ben Hudye as a new Director and Chairman.
