King Fook Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Kung Lin Cheng Leo as a non-executive director, effective 29 July 2024. With an extensive background in banking and numerous accolades, including the Gold Bauhinia Star, Mr. Kung brings a wealth of experience to the role. He will serve on a rotational basis in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association and will receive an annual fee of HK$140,000.
