Kinetic Development Group Limited has announced a delay in the dispatch of a circular related to its acquisition of a 75% equity interest in Changlin. The circular, which was initially expected to be distributed by June 2025, will now be postponed to on or before June 2027 due to additional time needed for restructuring and finalizing necessary information and reports.
