Kinetic Development Group Limited is set to reward its shareholders with a special dividend of HK$0.04 per share, payable on September 9, 2024, to those registered by the close of business on August 29, 2024. Shareholders must have their transfer documents lodged by August 26, 2024, to qualify for the dividend. The company’s shares will not be transferable during the register closure from August 27 to August 29, 2024.
