Kinergy Corporation Ltd. has disclosed in a supplemental announcement that its Remuneration Committee approved the granting of share options to Directors, senior management, and employees as part of the Share Option Scheme adopted in 2018. A total of 8,340,000 options with an exercise price of HK$0.300 per share will vest over three years, acknowledging the recipients’ contributions to the company without setting performance targets. This move is aimed at aligning the interests of the grantees with those of the company and its shareholders, motivating long-term commitment and future growth.
