Kinaxis Inc. has appointed Robert Courteau as the new Chair of the Board and welcomed José Duarte as a board member. Courteau, with a strong executive background, maintains roles in Audit and Compensation Committees, while Duarte brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience to the team. Both appointments aim to further Kinaxis’s leadership in supply chain orchestration and support its mission to transform the industry with innovative technology.
