The notification details a crossing of the threshold on September 20, 2024, with the shareholder now controlling 3.086% of Kier’s voting rights, up from the previous 2.991%. This change reflects a total of 13,970,155 voting rights held by the trustee of the Kier Group 1999 Employee Benefit Trust.
