Kidztech Holdings Limited has announced the resumption of trading of its shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, which had been suspended since 2 April 2024. The suspension was due to the pending publication of the company’s audited annual results for the year ended 31 December 2023. Trading recommenced at 9:00 a.m. on 27 June 2024, and shareholders and potential investors are urged to exercise caution.
