Kidztech Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. He Weidong as an independent non-executive Director and board committee member, effective from 15 July 2024, due to retirement plans. He has no disagreements with the Board and his departure is amicable. Ms. Huang Chunlian has been appointed to replace Mr. He, bringing over 7 years of experience in accounting and financial management to the role.
