Kibo Energy PLC has successfully received the first tranche of placing proceeds amounting to £150,000, facilitating the audit of the 2023 accounts and leading to significant board changes, including the appointment of Cobus van der Merwe as the interim CEO. The outgoing CEO, Mr. Coetzee, will continue to aid the company as a consultant. Shareholders are advised that the total issued share capital now stands at 6,146,662,050 Ordinary Shares after the admission of the new placing shares.
