Kibo Energy PLC has announced the appointment of Clive Roberts as the new non-executive Chairman and director of the board, effective immediately. Roberts, with a substantial background in investment banking and a decade of investing in startups and AIM companies, is expected to bring valuable market experience to the renewable energy-focused development company. Alongside his directorship, Roberts holds a significant shareholding and will gain further interest in the company through a convertible loan arrangement.
