Kibo Energy PLC has announced a significant change in ownership, with RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd now holding 7.77% of the company’s voting rights, a notable decrease from the previous notification of 11.68%. The change occurred on 27th June 2024 and was officially reported on 22nd July 2024, with ABN AMRO Bank N.V. holding these ordinary shares in CREST for RiverFort’s benefit.
