Kibo Energy PLC has successfully raised £350,000 through a placement of over 4 billion new shares, with investor Peter Williams subscribing to the total amount. This equity raise will lead to a reshuffle in the company’s board, including the appointment of new directors and the retirement of the current CEO, Louis Coetzee. The company has also revised its previous share admission plans and is preparing to resume trading on AIM following the publication of its 2023 audited accounts.
