Khong Guan Limited successfully convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) with a full quorum, discussing key corporate matters and engaging with shareholders on February 21, 2024, at their Mactaggart Road headquarters in Singapore. The company’s directors, including Executive Chairman Mr. Chew Soo Lin, were present alongside proposed new auditors Mazars LLP and other attendees. Shareholders participated in a poll vote for a resolution, following an earlier publication of responses to shareholder queries on SGXNet.
