Khong Guan Limited has increased its investment in SGProtein Pte Ltd by participating in its Series A funding round, subscribing to additional shares worth S$900,000. Despite its increased shareholding, Khong Guan’s equity interest in SGProtein will decrease to 22.5% due to the enlarged share capital.
