Keywords Studios is set to be acquired by Houting UK Limited, backed by EQT’s BPEA Fund VIII and other investors, through a Court-sanctioned scheme. The acquisition was approved by both the Scheme Shareholders and Keywords Studios Shareholders, with trading of Keywords Studios Shares on AIM expected to be suspended on October 23, 2024. The finalization of this acquisition marks a significant shift for Keywords Studios as it transitions to new ownership.
