Keyne Ltd has announced the resignation of Mr. Neil Kai Gu, an independent non-executive director, due to retirement effective from 19 March 2014, leaving the company in search of a replacement to comply with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s rule of maintaining at least one-third independent non-executive directors on the Board. The company expressed its gratitude to Mr. Gu for his past contributions and is actively seeking a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy.
