Keybridge Capital Limited has made an off-market takeover bid for all ordinary shares of Yowie Group Ltd at 3.4 cents per share, aiming to close the offer period by 16 April 2024. They have satisfied all defeating conditions as per their recent announcement and currently hold a 38.358% interest in Yowie, including shares held by HHY Fund.
